A big thank you to all the staff and volunteers on my final Red Cross visit to the South Africa Office, in Cape Town.

What a great team and a fitting end to my Red Cross visits. They made me so welcome and gave me a beautiful engraved white shirt too.

They also contributed two great kindness videos due around 7th /8th January 2019

I will wear all the shirts received on my trip at the clinics we hold in Birmingham on Tuesdays. Thank you everyone👍

A huge Thank you to everyone between England and South Africa for making me so welcome on my “no notice” drop in visits, it was a pleasure to meet you all and learn about your work across the world. 😊
