Hopefully you’re enjoying your time in Egypt and wish you safe and happy trip all the way down to Cape town and back to Scotland,
I enjoyed your interview a lot
It shows your kind soul and being an outgoing person who understands the very basic thing (that the people are all the same and we have a huge common ground to consider rather than all the differences highlighted in the media) but thus this very simple basic thing it’s still very hard for so many people to understand.
And btw -Nawart Masr- literally translates as you’ve enlightened Egypt or you’ve shedded the light on Egypt meaning you’re very welcome

I admired the way you portraited the Egyptians in the interview with the simple ‘من فضلك ساعدني’ ‘excuse me, please help’ indicating their kindness. I’m Egyptian myself but have lived abroad for way to long that Egyptians can tend to intimidate me. Hats off to you for all the journeys you’ve been on and i wish you many more.
