Kindness, at the Oktober beer festival in Stuttgart 15.10

Well what a difference a day makes. I had a great day yesterday sampling real Serbia hospitality with Mikes relatives. Jura and Nada as well as visiting a local restaurant for a huge dish Mike knows the name of.

None of the pictures will upload but I was fascinated by Juros smoke house where he smokes huge hand for up.to 3 years. It’s best in the winter when the smoke is cooler. We sampled the ham with local cheese and a few rackia’s. Their hospitality was wonderful and enlightening especially about the countries history.

Also looks like instead of going via Romania I will try Serbia straight into Macedonia as some relatives will be there later this week.

What a great way to travel make the route up day by day. Hopefully get pictures up at some point too !!!
